How much does AviFly charge to handle my claim?
We charge 15% + VAT of the compensation obtained through extrajudicial means (most cases). If the case requires going to court, the fee is 30% + VAT. We only charge if we win your case.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No, never. Our model is 'No Win, No Fee'. We only charge when we get your compensation, and the fee is deducted directly from that amount.
What happens if I lose the case?
If we don't get your compensation, you pay nothing. We assume all legal costs and the risk is 100% ours.
Why is your fee lower than competitors?
